Every 2 years, the International Softball Federation, holds it's World Tournament. It used to be 4 years apart. the 2010 pitching rule says men and women will be allowed to jump leap or drag off the rubber and replant. As long as the arm rotation doesn't stop or pause. the arm can swing back and forward into the rotation.
