I went to Round Rock, Texas to watch the NPF's Chicago Bandits play the USSSA Pride. While there I ran into Bill Sokolis, and he was kind enough to grant me an interview.

Bill Sokolis, NPF Chicago Bandits owner, joins us on this show to share his experience with being involved in professional fastpitch softball. Bill states that in these games there is no where else that a person can experience the talent and interaction with such elite fastpitch softball players. The road to get this Women's professional sport to where it is now has been tough, but he and others passionate about the game are not giving up trying to level out the playing field between men and women's professional sports. The game has become more interesting with men getting involved in professional fastpitch softball. The only real aspect holding back the sport from being as successful as most male professional sports is the fan support. Go out and see a game!
