This is week I have an interview with Don Porter from The International Softball Federation. Don is heading up the campaign to have softball added back into the Olympics. I ask Don what happened? How did softball get taken out of the Olympic Games? Don also tells us what is being done to get softball back in the Olympics.

Do you ever wonder what happened to softball in the Olympics? In this show you will find out what happened to when softball was taken out of the event, what is going on now, and hopefully how the game of Fastpitch Softball will be brought back to the Olympics!

Softball is still an international sport and with continuing efforts the sport will thrive and hopefully be voted back to the Olympics. With this Olympic status the sport will gain more credibility around the world as well as give back the dream of making it to the Olympics for young female athletes!
