Indoor Practice Drills Part Three – Shane Weaver

Indoor Practice Drills Part Three – Shane Weaver – Produced By Gary Leland

This week I bring you part 3 of Shane Weavers clinic, Indoor Practice Tips & Drills That Work. Shane gave this clinic at Softball Con.

Continuing indoor fastpitch softball defensive drills. Working on sliding catches is great to do indoors for the reason that it is a bit easier for the softball players. if they put on some sweats it'll make the slide softer and easier to get the motions down for game situations. Working with the motions of the catcher is also a great time when you have an indoor workout. Base running can be exercised indoors with working on the motions of sliding back to the base in a throw down.
