Jennie tells us about the Capitol One cup and their scholarship program for student athletes. Jennie shares with us that the rise ball was the most difficult pitch she learned. She also stresses the importance of proper mechanics and the research that went into working with Dr. Sherry Warner and her dad’s development of the Finch Windmill.

Jennie answers multiple questions from fans and breaks down some pitching fundamentals. Her experience with FCA and advice for families and players.
