In this episode of Fastpitch TV I bring you part two of Carol Bruggeman’s clinic from SoftballCon on Organizing Practices. Carol advises coaches to coach to their personality. You must be the same person in practice as you are during games.

Have a good mixture of “routine” and “fresh” during practices as well as be creative. Make each minute productive and squeeze every minute out of practices that you can. It is important to be flexible, things will change, be able to adapt. Don’t have two speeds between games and practices. Go fast speed all the time as if you were in a game.

Carol takes fastpitch softball coaches through building a practice, this is an episode of Fastpitch TV you won’t want to miss!
