This week Megan Gibson, the pitching coach for Texas A & M, shows us 5 pitching drills.
Texas A&M pitching Coach Megan Gibson Shares some helpful pitching drills with us! First one is the Knee drills with weighted balls. Second, is The K Drill which will help your forearm strength and snap. Third is the walk through drill that helps your timing and making sure that your motions are correct. The fourth drill is the long toss. Tis will help to strengthen your wrist and improve your snap on the pitch and give you more speed with each pitch. Last, is the strength training drill. You will use a resistant training tool and this will warm all of your pitching muscles in your arm for your game that day!
