This drill is a great way to learn to rotate hips and adjust height with the bending at the knees for higher or lower pitches.
You will have one pitcher, one batter, and one fielder.
The hitter will take her stance with the bat behind her lower back.
Have the pitcher pitch the ball slow and flat as the batter will have to use her hips and adjust her height with her legs to make contact with the ball.
This works for both indoors and outdoors.
